I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Child Language Doctoral Program at the University of Kansas. I received my Masters in Child Language in 2017 from the University of Kansas, and before that I received my Bachelors degree in linguistics and psychology in 2015 from Northeastern University.
My research interests include development (language and otherwise) in Fragile X Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, my research explores the interactions between children and parents and the effects they have on one another.
I am also interested in methodology, particularly adequate measurement of behavioral phenotypes and longitudinal quantitative analyses.
When I'm not writing, teaching, or researching, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee with my husband, snuggling with our two cats, and harnessing my creative energies into quilting.
